Agreement

By using Digest (“the Service”), operated by Digest (“we,” “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What Digest provides

Digest is a personal reading feed that lets you save bookmarks, share recommendations, and see what friends are reading. The Service is available through the web app at mydgst.com and the Digest Chrome extension.

Your account

You sign in with Google OAuth. You are responsible for the activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Digest.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Post or share content that is abusive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or private data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the Service without permission

Your content

You retain ownership of the bookmarks, notes, and other content you save to Digest. By sharing content publicly or with followers, you grant us a limited license to display it within the Service.

Availability

We aim to keep Digest available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Termination

You may stop using Digest at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. To delete your account and data, email acwints@gmail.com.

Limitation of liability

Digest is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
